Christmas TV!

It's finally Christmas Eve!! And that means only one thing.. Movies! At this time of year there are so many cute movies on tv and also tv show Christmas specials! It's sad that I look forward to watching tv on a day like this but I can't help it, I like films!

I thought I'd write a quick post telling you all my favourite films and tv shows to watch during this faaaab time!

One of my favourite movies to watch is obviously Elf! I'd hope that most of you have seen it but if not, it's about a man named Buddy who was brought up by Santa and his elves and has to go to New York City to find his birth father and start a normal 'human' life.

Will Farrell is one of my favourite actors. He is hilarious, not even gonna lie. I've loved Elf for as long as I can remember. Me, my brother and sister sit with hot chocolate and marshmallows every year watching it with our blankets because we're cool like that!

Secondly, The Grinch! This is such a good film! It's basically about a funny looking green guy who hates Christmas. The classic Dr. Seuss take was made into a film and the grinch is played by Jim Carrey, another one of my favourite actors. Can you tell in like comedy actors?

Once again, I've watched this movie since I can remember every year and it doesn't even have to be Christmas for me to watch it, I love it so much!

Another story I really enjoy at Christmas, as in sure many other do, it's Scrooge/A Christmas Carol. For many years I have loved the muppets version because it's a bit of a creepy story and that made it less traumatising so my mother says.

Although, recently I watched Jim Carreys version and it's amazing! I'm not gonna lie, it was really jumpy at parts but I could bare it.

I wasn't too keen on seeing it when it was released last year as it looked weird... It wasn't real looking people but it wasn't quite a cartoon. It was strange, but I eventually have in and I'm so glad I did, it will now join the annual Christmas movie tradition!

Moving in from films, I'm a huge soaps fan! Mainly Coronation street and Eastenders. They're always full of drama, funnily enough, and the storylines supposted to be amazig! Yaaay! And who can forget DR Who?! Not really sure if that counts as a soap but I'm so excited! I'll miss wee Matt but I'm excited to see how Peter gets on, he is Scottish after all!;)

Well, that's a few of my faves! My days set tonight and tomorrow. I hope everyone has a very merry Christmas and hope santas good to you all! Expect a Christmas present 'haul' in the new year!!

Merry Christmas!
